Turning

Using multi-spindles, numerical controlsand advanced machinery, we turn brass barsinto finished fittings and valve balls. This approach enables us to maintain high quality standards and ensure economic efficiency in production.

Diamanting and drilling

Once created, the semi-finished brass balls are sent to the dedicated diamond-plating and drilling department, completing the product finishing process.

QUANTITIES AND DELIVERY

To ensure greater competitiveness, Bival establishes minimum order quantities. Job orders are completed within the time frame of 30/40 days for newly manufactured products, lowering to 15/20 days for all other productions.
